I ordered an easy connect kit for a DVR and used the return lablel included to return the cable card and tunning adapter. Fed Ex picked up the package and scanned it so it shows they picked it up on tracking. It has not moved since then and I filed a case with Fed Ex so they can start the process to see if they can find the package. Who is repsonsible for the equipment charges if Fed Ex is unable to find the package.

If Fedx has it shown as picked up, it's their responsibility.
It's why nothing should be shipped, but taken to a store and a receipt gotten for each item returned.
Thanks for your help. After filing a case for the lost package Fed Ex has aparently found the package since it has magicly showed up again in their tracking system and is now finnaly moving to the destination facilty for a delivery tommorow.
