When we are watching a channel and press info for a description of the show, all we get are spinning dots or an error message that says D1 “currently unavailable” or a black screen. Any ideas?
The information database may be down for maintenance or an update. A reboot of the box may only bring this information back temporarily, if at all. Gracenote, which does the guide programing for Spectrum may be working on the data. Where are you located? State, City, Zip?
