My box I’m getting error message of app and A it. Was just told by a spectrum person on phone, this means outage. Going in 4 hours and still not back up. Can you help?
We customers who frequently visit the peer-to-peer forums from our laptops unfortunately can't help the field repair crew fix anything faster. Something YOU did well was to report your outage to Spectrum. Their response to you was correct, there's an outage in your area and your box can't reboot until the cable is fixed.
Posting here in the forums without telling us where you are located (ZIP Code) and what box you are talking about wouldn't help any of the Spectrum moderators to follow up on your service issues. I'm guessing that the box you referred to is a TV set-top converter, not a DVR, and not a cable modem for phone or internet service.
