On Demand button on remote

Have a new RC122 remote--have done a phone call with Customer Service and a Chat and still can't get it to work.  It's possible that you can't do what I want BUT the instructions for this remote says it's do-able.  I merely want the "On Demand" button to produce the Primetime On Demand portal and the instructions say this is a macro button and can be programmed.  However, no matter what, the only thing you can get is the Movie On Demand portal.  With this remote every key press has to be preceded by pressing the "cbl" button--it is not a single touch remote.  According to the phone call  if you go to station 1000 then you can press and hold Sel and it will set the button but that station is Movies.  Station 100 is Primetime but the button will not be programmed with that station.  The only way to get to the Primetime portal is either punching in station 100 or "cbl" then the little yellow "a" button.  If that's the way it is, fine but according to all of them the On Demand button should be able to be programmed for this.  Should it?
