No audio from Spectrum 201 DVR box to Samsung TV connect to Samsung Sound Bar ARC

I just came back to Spectrum recently and I ended getting this new DVR box. When tech came to install my service, booted the box and tv and had no audio coming out of sound bar. Tech had no idea how to fix and just asked me to change HDMI ports and use audio from TV.... kinda implying it was my problem to fix it... I tried everything I could to try to fix and still no go. I know my setup works because I can hear audio from Sound bar when I use a TV app like Netflix. If anyone has way to fix please help...
My tv is a Samsung UN55JU6700F and Sound bar is a Samsung HW-J7500

It's a Samsung issue.

turn off cec and arc on the port the cable box is on.

or try a different HDMI port.. Make sure the soundbar is on the only ARC port
