HL1000 is here to stay

Can't watch on demand from my set top box since yesterday. Already had my drop line replaced along with my inside connections. I called this morning and the recording said there was a problem in my area. By afternoon, it was claiming to be resolved but I still can't access on demand. This has been happening since 3/28. I had the tech out on 4/1. I asked that a trouble ticket be opened for my area (91042 Tujunga, CA) on 4/8. I'm tired. I want my on demand back. Never had problems with this intermittent availability before 2 weeks ago.

copy and paste your modems signal level and error log pages... don't reset it, need to see history of your connection.

I don't have a modem or an Internet connection so I'm not sure how I would copy paste. I just have a set top box.

I had on demand from 11pm until I went to bed last night. I kept trying to get in every hour on the hour from about 2pm on. It's 11:33am now and it's back to the HL1000 nonsense.
