Can't watch on demand from my set top box since yesterday. Already had my drop line replaced along with my inside connections. I called this morning and the recording said there was a problem in my area. By afternoon, it was claiming to be resolved but I still can't access on demand. This has been happening since 3/28. I had the tech out on 4/1. I asked that a trouble ticket be opened for my area (91042 Tujunga, CA) on 4/8. I'm tired. I want my on demand back. Never had problems with this intermittent availability before 2 weeks ago.
