App not recognizing my dvr

My iPad app states that I have no dvr with my account. I have used my dvr for years.

If you have an older box with the I-Guide software, and not Navigator or the new Spectrum guide, you might need to look at updating your equipment.  When you do, note that it can take between 48-72 hours to activate the new box to mobile applications.  Keep that in mind.

 

Did you always have Charter/Spectrum or are you in a former TWC market?   What is your city, state, and zip code?    What is the make and model of your cable box?  Boxes that can do mobile applications and Remote DVR Management are Cisco/Technicolor, Arris, and Samsungs.  If you have an older box, such as a Pace or Motorola, contact Spectrum to update to a newer model box.
