Getting an error message on touchscreen - Internet Content Temporarily Unavailable. Try Again Later. Also get the following alert on my mobile - Unfortunately your home device appears to have an issue connecting to the server, so this function is unavailable. Intelligent Home still functions, but all actions have to be completed on the touchscreen. Internet and router are fine. Any troubleshooting tips/suggestions? Thank you,

`Call the intelligent home support number, they have the only access into it

Are you only using time warner provided cable modem and router?
