I can't seem to email Spectrum, so I'll try this route. Can't Spectrum get something done about robo calls, especially those spoofing your home area prefix? FairPoint (not a good service) has a feature that anyone calling has to dial a 1 before getting through; a pain, but worth it on both ends. I'm just about to drop my landline phone as 80 % of the calls I get are bogus.
I have used all the features Spectrum makes available, but still the calls come. The ones from my home area are not caught by nomorobo, either.
