Well where do i start. I'm a new TWC customer ported over from insight. The change happened last weekend. Here are my problems so far:
1) Can't log into VZC on either my mac or pc. I keep getting a msg that states, "Invalid login password or username." Obviously I am using the correct one, as I'm on here.
2) If I use the Ipad app to check vmail, it always tells me that I need to check back later and it can't retrieve msgs at this time.
3) Voicemail won't pick up half the time when people call me.
I'm none impressed yet.
I'm in the Columbus, OH area and just got converted last weekend. In addition to the problems you listed my telephone modem coincidentally died (at least that is what TWC says). Now I have no phone service until Saturday when a tech is scheduled to replace the phone modem.
No very impresses so far.
California here... having same problem as seems that every time i want to live chat they end up putting someone from India or some town in middle east that doesn't comprehend english. I am sick of having to re-phrase my sentences because they have not idea what i am saying.
why can't TWC fix this problem with their app NOW!!!
