Exact same problem here... My Consumer Cellular (Tmobile) stated "no clue" yesterday. They tried to fix various settings on my two Samsung Galaxy S6s, with no change. It happens we have a Motorola Moto4 through the same Consumer Cellular (Tmobile) service and it perfectly passed the caller ID through to the Spectrum phone. Both the Samsungs and Motorola have NO problem in passing the caller ID to other phones. Spectrum and Tmobile need to resolve the issue.... as they have mutual customers. Bottom line... I will drop Spectrum phone and move to the less expensive MagicJack (which works just fine in all regards), if this is not resoved in 10 days.
Finally heard back from someone at T-mobile at the T-mobile forum. They say yes this is a problem on their end and they are working with TWC/Spectrum to fix it.
