Unless you can find someone fluent in spanish, you need to call TWC with a phone issue. It should prompt you for english when you call in.
Then change the voicemail access code so the little brats, errr angels, can't change it on you again
Once you get into the voicemail you will put in your pin, then press 0 (zero) then press 4 press 9 for language selection and 1 for English.
