I am getting exceptionally bad phone service for TimeWarner / Sepctrum. It was always much noise on the line, cross connections and call drops every now and then. Now a days, new addition is , when I am talking to someone, all of a sudden his / her voice started getting repeated (seems like recorded message started replaying).
This is ridiculous excperience is making many customer having good faiyh
You have a coaxial problem.. Copy and paste the modems signal level and error log page, don't reset it, need to see history.
make sure all connectors are a tad more than finger tight and there's no extra splitter ports or corroded connectors.
Call TWC if not obvious.....
