While I am receiving a lot of email, some emails are not coming through. The only reason I know this is because people have asked if I got their email and I've looked and it didn't come through. It's not in junk, its not in the trash, etc. It has happened with multiple people. I contacted spectrum and we thought we had it solved but it doesn't appear to be the case. Help! Very frustrating!

Are the missing emails from the same domain? Do the people who report
that they have received a bounce back?
Are you aware if they have opened a support request
