Other companies' policies regarding emails when switching vary based on the company. In most cases, when you end service with another ISP, the email accounts are deleted after a predetermined amount of time. I would check with Insight BB to see what their policies are on e-mail retention, but chances are that it won't transfer to your TWC account, as we only handle our TWC Webmail.

No for Columbus customers you will keep your current @insight.rr.com email addresses. You can access your email at https://webmail.insight.rr.com/. For Evansville and greater Kentucky customers yes. After your markets are migrated to Time Warner Cable Internet, you will need to complete an easy Internet Registration process to select a new TWC Mail address and set up a new mailbox. Your new email domain name will be @twc.com. You can find more information here http://www.twcwelcome.com/faqs.html#provider .
