can't send mail

Have one sub-user on account and two computers.  Mail won't send from either.  Went in to check settings in accounts and numbers were different than should be, and neither of us changed them.  How do they change and what do I set them to to get mail to send?  We receive mail without problem.

Sorry that none of your peers were able to assist with this question.  It sounds like you are referring to the port numbers.  I've included a link to setting up port numbers for POP and IMAP.   You can also contact our Social Media Customer Care for assistance with this.
