I have been unable to retrieve email here in Wilmington, NC for the past day and a half via four different devices OR the TWC web email browser. I have made no changes to any lf my account information. Does anyone have any info in regards?

Likewise for me in Dayton, OH area for roughly the same time period last night. Except now it is after 1100 AM EDT on 17Jul2017. I get an error message when attempting to log in.
Still no access to webmail, when attempting to log in eventually after some time has past I am returned back to the log in page.

I am having the same problem in Louisville, KY.
On my I-phone, checking my e-mails. I had 200+ unread and saved.
ALL of my e-mails just disappeared!!!! They are not showing anywhere.
I am one (edited) person right now! Some of these were extremely important!!!!!!

Having lots of trouble lately retrieving email. Seems to be very, very slow. Maybe they are having problems on their side? In either case, it's very annoying !
