The folder Junk Email is unavailable. It may already have been deleted.

I have several email folders that have shown up within the past couple of months that I have not created. I have tried to delete the folders but receive the message: "The folder Junk Email is unavailable. It may already have been deleted". They are folders that you can delete. They will not go away. Please let me know how to get rid of them.

First thing I would suggest, since you commented that you did not add these folders, is to change your password.
