Server not responding.

I have had two Time Warner email accounts for years. Both set up the same. Two days ago the “mail.twc.com” server stopped responding to one them. I have double checked and reentered the password, but still get this alert: Cannot Get Mail
The mail server "mail.twc.com" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings.
Any suggestions are welcome.

I am able to access xxxxxx@neo.rr.com, but not xxxxxxx@neo.rr.com.
