Last week lost access to my webmail..I enter my password and it says account had been deactivated..I have access to twc for email but several things are still on my insight ..
how to I handle this?

I have not found any indication that this has happened, but you never know. To that end, it's possible the information you seek is no longer available.
This is yet another reason to migrate to a portable email service, such as gmail or yahoo, which is not tied to a specific internet provider, moves with you, and can be access in many many ways... (web browser, email clients, smart phones) and can be backed up locally..
