Emails are deleted from box since Spectrum upgrade in Dec 2016. Inbox always says "no messages ". Have called support many times and have gotten many different answers. I'm bundled and thinking about changing, but hard to have to change email addresses and notify everyone. Anyone else have this problem?
No solution can be found with Spectrum.

A few questions, are you using an email client or webmail? Do you have the email
set up on multiple devices? Do the people sending mail to you get bounceback or
error messages? Are you able to send email out?
