i HAVE GOTTEN RID OF THOUSANDS OF EMAILS AND STILL GET (98% FULL) SO MY EMAILS TAKE FOREVER TO UPLOAD. EVEN WHEN I GO FROM INBOX TO DRAFT, JUNK, ETC. i HAVE DELETED ALL JUNK AND DELETED ITEMS BOX. HAVE 600 EMAILS WHEN i USED TO HAVE 7,000. I AM THE ONLY USER. WHAT AM I MISSING?

First thing I would suggest is logging into your webmail with the "head of household" account.
Once you are there click on settings. You will see on the left Manage Mailbox Accounts.
Click on that. You should see the list of accounts associated with your account. Click on the mail account you are wanting to adjust.
You should be able to allocate storage there.
