Has there been any progress toward getting this nonsense resolved? The latest I've read about it is that the email server (Spectrum/TWC) has not been upgraded to match MS's use of TLS v2 (vs v1 or v1.1) in the Outlook app. MS will not downgrade the latest Outlook app to TLS v1.x, and Spectrum is refusing to upgrade to TLS v2. (NOTE: TLS might not be the correct abbreviation for the security layer that is involved in this mess.)
