You have severe ingress from your Verizon 4G phone on 759-765 and a couple broadcast tv channels elsewhere. Something is corroded or loose, open splitter ports or backsides of wall plates, maybe a corroded outside grounding block or chewed up line. or bad coax jumpers inside.

It needs a tech out, cannot be fixed over the phone no matter what they claim.

 Call this in as Downstream/ RCS partial service due to 4G and broadcast tv ingress.

The wiring in my apartment complex was completely rewired in July of 2016 so I doubt the wiring is bad since this happens on all three cable TV jacks. The last two techs did not see anything wrong. Here comes the third tech appointment.

What's on the other 2 jacks?

If nothing, that's wrong in itself,  A:LL SPLITTER PORTS MUST BE PROPERLY TERMINATED- EVERYWHERE IN THE BUILDING.

 

Apt complex? May be ingress in a multitude of suites Could be anyone with Verizon phones or a verizon phone in the building.

They know this is an issue and need to abandon channels above 693 mHz.

 

 Call them back out, 1 in 10,000 uncorrectables is unacceptable. especially on the first (home) channel

Their is nothing on the other two jacks but was having this issue when their was cable boxes on them. I currently have a Verizon LTE phone but it is not near the modem. I made sure all the cables were tight on the jack as well. So I will wait to see what the third tech has to say. They got me in for Thursday afternoon.

There must be terminators on all empty splitter ports or better yet the splitter removed if you're internet only.

The ingress is probably from all bad connections in the building.

4G ingress is horrible as TWC's ailing infrastructure is at fault and all needs to be replaced.

In most areas the 699-800 mHz channels should be abandonned

 See if using your 4g phone causes the modem to reset or drop phone calls and demo that to the tech, also see if using the phone near the modem drives correctables/ uncorrectables up on those 2 channels.
