Windows 10 & unable to connect to the Internet

 
 

Spectrum customers who have Windows 10 may be experiencing an Internet service interruption.

If you're experiencing issues connecting to your Internet services, please perform a power-cycle to your Internet equipment:

  1. Power down your computer and unplug the power cord from the back of your modem. If you have a router, unplug it, too.
  2. Wait thirty seconds and return power back to the modem, then the router, if you have one.
  3. Restart your computer.

The recent Windows 10 upgrade may have caused the computer to lose its IP address and this should restore it.
