Re: What does this mean?

It means you need to post the up/downstream signal pages... not enough info in the log to determine what caused resets like that...

Re: What does this mean?

It shouldn't be changing between ipv4 and ipv6 provisioning for a start. that's a CMTS issue at the head end.

the  problem appears to be whatever caused the T3, the 17.8, 17.9. MDD, sync lines are normal in a reset restart sequence . Something is intermittent.

Levels look okay other than the jumbled channels, may be serious ingress on skipped ones....

See if you can grab levels again a few hours after a reset, all 0's in the correcteds is unusual, the logging of them might be deliberately turned off...

Levels indicate theres euither a couple 2 ways or a 4 way in line or coax is wet or rg59..

Are you Internet only? If so there should be no splitters.

If you have cable tv, modem must be on the first 2 way.... Is cable tv picture breaking up?

Re: What does this mean?

do you have cable TV? Is it breaking up?

Your channel lineup changed indicating ingress from broadcast tv on at least 2 channels due to  bad connections and probably open splitter ports..

I'll bet there's a "partial service "error in the log...

Re: What does this mean?

I have cable tv but no broken channels. You want the log? I keep getting a little lag studder when I play games , could this be the cause?

Re: What does this mean?

MsRaye did request that you post the logs because ingress interference could be the main contribuing factor,  Broadcast signals from over-the-air TV stations do occasionally get into the cable network because of leakage through loose or corroded cable connectors.  Most operate on the same channels that TWC Spectrum now uses for internet data service.  Cellular phone systems and public safety first responder radio networks are licensed to use the remainder.  You don't need to subscribe to cable TV service to have interference from broadcast stations or cell phones that causes speed issues with your internet connection.   TWC says their cable plant doesn't have leakage in or out, and they are solely responsible for eliminating any such interference.  Customers can help by keeping their indoor cable connectors tight, using only approved jumpers or other signal components, and reporting loose wiring in the overhead or underground cable plant.

Re: What does this mean?

Is it safe to post the log on here, doesn't it show my ip or network ip?

Re: What does this mean?

Signal level seems to indicate more than a single 2 way splitter in line.

Logs don't show any sort of public IP
