@tazman61785 It sounds to me like you are referring to your home network, @Mastopia is referring to the Spectrum WiFi Hotspots.
I would encourage you to post your issue in our connectivity section if you are still experiencing problems.

Sounds like your wireless devices are not logged in, or they did not receive a valid network IP address from the router. Could your "friend" possibly have blacklisted them on April Foool's Day?
