Technician Support

I received excellent support from Mr Ramiro Calvillo-7245, when he responded to our internet problem. He arrived on time and was very friendly . He determined what the problem was and took the time to explaine what was wrong and how he was going to fix the problem. He ended up replacing the line that runs from the house to the box on the main line. He had to climb two telephone poles on a very windy day to replace the line. On one po;le he had to climb up between the tree branches!  After he had everything up and running.he told us about the TW app and demonstrated how to use the app.  He deserves a pat on the back for a job well done. Mr Calvillo is a definate asset to your organization  and should be commended.
