Motorola MB7420 - 5 months old
Was working fine have had a ton of wind the past couple days, starting getting this error in logs.
There are no splitters on the line and the line in the house was installed in November. Here's a paste of the Connection:

Is this fixed? I just noticed this thread while searching for something.
The signal page for the modem shows some downstream power levels at 9.0+ dBmV which is on the high side, and some of the SNR is over 40 dB which also indicates power may be too high.

They put a trap or filter on the line at the modem and it's cleared up mostly, but sometimes it happens randomly, maybe 2-3 times a day then stops. Here are the readings now(38 days uptime):

The downstream power and SNR are slightly better, putting them in acceptable range, but your issue still exists. As Ms Raye suggested, there is still an interference issue out before where the line comes into the house, on the pole or elsewhere. No ranging response received - T3 Timeout is not abnormal periodically..... like once a week or so..... but every day or multiple times in one day indicates a bad connection or other issue out in the lines.
Did the tech who came look past your house? Do you know exactly what he put on your line at the modem.... is there any marking engraved on it, or a tag with writing?

THey still haven't fixed the ingress issue, You can't FILTER itout, the bad connections where it's getting in must be properly repaired.
You have a local TV Ch 38-39-40 problem , I can look it up over at tvfool.com
