Should I be concerned?

Looking to get Ultra or Gig, funny thing is when talking to the rep on online chat, internet started to go down.  Saw that downstream 3 had alot more correcteds and uncorrectables before i was able to capture.  I have standard 100 in case anyone is wondering

Yes, you should be concerned.  Overall, your downstream power levels are on the high side, but that's probably because your low frequency downstream channels (549 - 579Mhz) are ugly, and the system is trying to compensate.  Both 549 and 555 Mhz have given up the ghost, and 561 will probably go out soon, as both the power and SNR are poor, and the error rate reflects the poor signal quality.  Try to convice Spectrum to do a drop and frequency test on your line.  If you're lucky, the problems will be between your drop point and your modem, because that's where a home tech alone might be able to fix the problems.

Looks like an amp somewhere o your path may be having issues... upstream power numbers don't usually register that low at the modem unless the line is getting amplified. The noise figure is likely gone out of control... could be loose connections and/or compromised shielding/grounding, or something could be failing with the an amp or power supply. Either way... the runs need to get inspected.

We definitely need to get a tech out to investigate this. Looking at the account 

associated with your email address I see RCS service fallback, T3 and T4 errors.
