Are you testing when direct wired to the modem or to the router? The downstream power levels are a bit on the high side of things while the upstream levels or okay. Is there an amp installed?
You might try inserting a splitter or attenuator to lower the DS levels a bit. The corresponding rise in US levels shouldn't have an impact. You may also try disabling IPv6.
