Packet Loss

Dear Interweb,  I am experiencing packet loss on my line.  I noticed this for about the last week and have about 120/20 instead of the usual 220/20.   I have attached a few things to help hopefully!   Any suggestions or ideas?

Ran on both desktop and laptop, with both tests done with same results, both on wifi and cat5.   I have tried just about everything so I am asking the interweb for help!

Copy and paste the modems signal level and error log pages.
