I have the Ubee DVW32CB gateway and have tried various internet speed test with my computer hooked up to the gateway with cat6. The best I have got is 120Mbps. What is the issue?

Are you actually paying for the 400 Mbps tier?
Is this tier actually available at your service address?
Did you receive 400 before and now it suddenly stop working?
Does your computer have a gigabit ethernet port?
Does your router have QOS service limits for various connections?
Yes, I am paying for it...
Just talked to tech support and the lady who upgraded my service was wrong... She told me the upgrade was done and nothing else needed to be done..... Tech support today said the install is still pending and wants me to pickup a new modem from their store...
UPDATE: This store is packed... So now I get to stand in this line for 2 hours..... Great service Spectrum......
Got it... you had the 120 plan before and ordered the upgrade but it just hasn't been activated yet. Reply back once you get everything up and running to see if the 400 tier works as advertised for you.
You are the consumer, it's your money, and there's no long-term contract with Spectrum. If you are not happy you can always switch back to your previous speed tier which you felt was adequate until recently.
Only getting 189Mbps.... Confirmed all equipment is working and I have 400meg internet now. What a joke.bravo25 wrote:
