No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out

I have seen many posts like these and they all ask upstream/downstream. However i am not able to find that. How do i do that?

i have tried 192.168.100.1 and 10.0.0.1, these sites time out..

I had a leased Technicolor that had the signal and event log pages disabled.  If you have a leased gateway I bet it's disabled and you would be forced to call customer service.

You can still get into seeing signal levels on a leased gateway for almost all model #'s being rented out.  Try 192.168.100.1 on some of those.
