something is corroded, chewed up or loose...
This is bad!

From what I can see is that your modem is not obtaining an IP address from the service provider. I ran into this issue a while back because where I am located they have went to the IPv6 and the modem had been set to use IPv4. I would try to reset the modem and restart it. If that does not work, then you will need to contact Support for further information.
Who did this? Cable sb replaced years ago You can't tape shreaded coax...
