My sbg6700ac dual band modem/router is plugged into the first 2-way splitter, all cables are tight, and there are no open ports.

Need the up & downstream signal pages w ith correcteds.. don't reset the modem

From what I can see is that your modem is not obtaining an IP address from the service provider. I ran into this issue a while back because where I am located they have went to the IPv6 and the modem had been set to use IPv4. I would try to reset the modem and restart it. If that does not work, then you will need to contact Support for further information.

The cable that goes from my house to the outside pole had to be taped up. It was a bit shredded from going through a tree a had cut down some years ago. I did have trouble with my TV a few years ago until I got new ones, but sometimes I have to wait a few seconds for the picture to come in. I also bought my own modem so I don't have to rent. I upgraded from a sbg6580 to a dual band sbg6700ac. It's new and is compatible, so I doubt that's the issue. It rained yesterday, the same day I lost Internet a few times, maybe because the cable got wet. If it is the outside cable that's the problem, can time Warner replace it?

Everything on the inside looks good. All cables are tight, and no pets to chew on them. By the way, I have two splitters. A two way for cable tv and internet, and another 3 way on the TV for my 3 televisions. No ports left open. I don't see how it could be an inside problem. Do you think it's the outside cabe going from the house to the pole?
