Loss of Connectivity Requiring Cable Modem Reboot

Hi 

I don't know if others have been experiencing this, but I am having periodic loss of connectivity that requires me to reboot my cable modem once every couple of weeks.

I have been with TWC/Spectrum for a few years and this problem just started occuring about 

2 months ago.

 

I have the 300MB/s service and have my own cable modem (Netgear CM600) and Netgear WiFI router  (R7800).
