It is definitely NOT OK!  Your modem reports two separate problems, possibly related.  First, the DS (incoming download) channels all show signal levels too low to be correctly decoded in the modem.  Second, I see very high counts of uncorrectible errors on four separate DS channels at 813, 825, 831, and 861 MHz.  Those particular channels suggest you are located near a Sprint cellphone site and their 4G LTE signals are leaking into the TWC cable network.  The leakage could be through the same broken connection causing the low incoming signals .

If you recently moved any coax cables, make sure all your connections are tight using a wrench or pliers.  Thumb and finger tightening is NOT enough!  Then if those readings continue, call TWC for a home service call.  Report it as "partial service outage and DS signal levels in the minus teens."  Do NOT let them tell you the levels are OK or agree to cancel your tech service call!

They're wrong, Levels are not useable... You have either wet/ndamaged cable, open ports or damaged splitters, rg59 or damaged in house coax or a problem out at the streets pole tapoff. You need twc out ands are obviously having internet problems or you wouldn't have called them or showed up in the forums...

Do you have cable TV?

 Where are the splitters?

When's TWC been last out?

Phone or chat support is lying to you.  They didn't read your signal levels, they read from a script and just want you to go away.   Print out a copy of the levels and show it to the tech when he finally shows up.

Sounds like a do-it-yourself install gone belly up.  You can't have three splitters in each room with internet service.  The modem has to be connected to a port on the very first splitter coming from the street.

Nice try - I knew this mess sounded familiar!!  We went through this with you on this forum three weeks ago.  http://forums.timewarnercable.com/t5/Connectivity/Logs/m-p/127763#M41846   You never followed up with details about your "amplifier" box.  But SOMEBODY from TWC had to make the cable connection on the pole to hook you up, unless you are stealing servicve with a bootleg hookup.
