I have had wifi with TWC for 2 1/2 yrs.   Since Spectrum took over I have had a problem with connection dropping.  Two techs have been in my home over the past two weeks, checking signals and swapping modems.  Still having a problem with connection dropping.

Copy and paste the modems signal level and error log pages, don't reset it, need to see history, we can't read your modem here.

Last few days, cannot watch movies online due to new "stop and hang" crap.  I have been bombarded with fliers offering new $29.99 introductory rate, then receive in mail invoice HIGHER than current rate!!!!  Snake in Grass. Need rat dog to sniff out.

Same thing, THIS IS PEER TO PEER SUPPORT, Start a new thread, Copy and paste the modems signal level and error log pages, don't reset it, need to see history, we can't read your modem here.

I have been rebooting/resetting to regain connection.  I will leave it alone if it keeps dropping.  I can login to the modem but am not sure what to send you for signal and error log.  I have a UBEE DVW32CB.  If you are familiar with this modem maybe you can give me some direction.  Thank you.

Then copy and paste the signal levels from Status ---> Connection and event logs in Firewall ---> Local Log.

IF the Ubee is leased, get a different MFG from your local TWC/ Spectrum storefront/ office... They have issues and the lack of a viewable log only compounds our diagnoses in the forum.

Yes it is leased.  The second tech that was here actually told me they have signal issues but hooked one up anyway.  I actually had a third service call yesterday and two techs came in and climbed into the attic.   Now they are telling me I need the cable rewired.    Thanks for your input.

Copy and paste the modem signal level page, need to see how bad it is that requires "rewiring"...
