issues we encourage you to do a hard reboot of your network, please unplug your modems and routers power source and wait thirty seconds before plugging it back in. (modem first then router after the modem has rebooted)

Mine has been in and out and in and out for several days. I finally got "live chat" with ******** who told me one of my two modems wasn't one of Spectrum's, so a technician would be unable to help.
