Internet & Cable Service Sucks!

Im so tired of this internet service. I cant complete watching a movies or work online without losing connection! This doesnt happen once in awhile, it happens everyday. Most of my neighbors are on Neighborhood app, complaining about the same thing I am now. I thought spectrum suppose to be better. This service is not cheap! Something need to be done about this soon. Im tired of using my phone wifi to connect, when Im paying for it through Spectrum. Im very irritated.

This is peer to peer support, copy and paste the modems signal level and error log pages for a start.

 Might be obvious.

I agree.  My service cuts out multiple times daily since Spectrum came into play.  I've spoken with dozens of other users since Spectrum took over and they all have the same daily connection problems.  I feel Spectrum is either a terribly inadequate company or they have created these problems for financial gain

One thing to keep in mind:  Complaining on social media about a bad Spectrum cable connection accomplishes nothing.  Nobody on the Neighborhood app is going to diagnose and repair it.  You MUST call Spectrum to get a service call scheduled.

I've had a technician come out three times in two weeks, one of those text was supposed to be a senior Tech. Still currently almost a month later my service is going in and out sometimes for an entire day calling spectrum and getting a tech out doesn't do anything either
