The last three days I have an intermittent connection. TV isn't giving trouble, just the internet and the phone.
When I go to my services I see the following message
There's a known outage in your area that may be affecting your service. Our technicians are doing everything they can to repair the problem as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that our Customer Service Representatives will not have any additional information regarding this outage. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you check back later to see if the issue has been resolved. Thank you.
But I am already seeing this message for the past three days. Doesn't look like anything is being solved. So looks like some new technicians are required to do the job as the curre t ones can't fix it in three days.
Is there somewhere a page where we can check on outages and expected fix time?
Call in a service call, escalate to level3 They may have put dead internet upload or download channels that are dead on your modem. Only level 3 can send those comands to your modem. You may be able to unplug and repower and get assigned working channels
