I am paying for a service that i'm always having issues with internet NOT working
most of the Day we are not home and when we are home the service is not working properly!! Frustrating!!
Have you called to have a tech visit to inspect the lines and equipment?
You likely have coax issues causing your problems...loose connections, rodent chewed or weed eater damaged coax, water damage, etc. Post the signal levels from the modem. Also describe your setup (how many splitters, what equipment, where is it located in relation to the splitters, etc.)
