Having problems with reoccurring disconnects from my modem

My modem is the Arris TM1602AP2 and have problems with disconnects.  There have times in the day when it disconnects several time within an hour.  This happens usually at night.  Any help is appreciated Thanks.

too many T3's due to some sort of noise or ingress from broadcast TV.

Something is corroded or loose, or there's an open splitter port or chewed up outside line.

It kinda looks like water in the outside line from rodent chews ortree abrasion...

 all connectors must be a tad more than finger tight, check the backside of wall plate. Call twc/spectrum out if not obvious., it can't be fixed over the phone, could be a mile down the street.
