I haven't been able to open websites from South Korea for the last week or so, and this is new. (No, I did not make any changes to my router/modem/TCPIP settings.)
When I connect my Android phone to my Timewarner/Spectrum network, I get:
But, when I connect this device to my Sprint network, the same website come up fine:
This problem is not device-specific. I visited the same set of websites on Mac OS and Windows 10 to no avail. For one, this is what I get on Edge:

P.S. An article that I went by for a reference, says this happens when ISPs abuse the DNS system, and map unknown names to servers that they control. Spectrum does that? It's weird.
