Constantly dropping connection

OK so I have gone to technical support but they werent much help. I am constantly losing connection. Not just a few times a day, like sometimes up to 10 or 15 times in an hour.  This is so ridiculous and I am so over it . Unfortunately, TWC is the only service in this area that we are able to get.
