My modem kept resetting last night, just want to make sure everything is running fine.
I have a Netgear CM600 and pay for 400 mbps down and 20 mbps up
Both your downstream and upstream signals are of the proper strength, which is good. However, the channel frequencies are not what Spectrum users usually receive. Your modem is receiving packet data errors on DS channels 1 through 16. Channels 17 to 24 are much cleaner, with almost zero uncorrected errors. Unless you live in Hawaii or your area is in the midst of migrating from old analog to new encrypted digital TV, the channel frequency combination is rather unusual. What is your ZIP Code?
