Re: Cable Modem Reboot due to T4 timeout

Good afternoon! Merry Christmas.

I was able to take a look at the account. I am still seeing a problem with the connection. T4 timeouts and service fallback errors.

If you will please contact us via Forums_Help I would like to have you verify

the account so that we can escalate this. It is clear to me that the connection issues

have not been resolved.

Alternately you can contact us via:

I have noted the account about the issues that are still observed.

Re: Cable Modem Reboot due to T4 timeout

Julia, I apologize; just saw your post.  Repair trucks were on my street today and I was notified by the supervisor I've been working with that they believe they have found and resolved the issue.  Here's my current signals from my modem:

As you can see, things look great at the moment.  I'm going to keep monitoring this for a few days, but hopefully the crew found and repaired the problem.

Thanks everyone for working with me to get this resolved.

Re: Cable Modem Reboot due to T4 timeout

I'd do a reset fec counters command which should zero out the correctables... then look at the counts after 8 hours and see if they stay low.

Re: Cable Modem Reboot due to T4 timeout

How do I "reset FEC counters" on the SB6141?  I was just looking at the logs and hoping to clear them, but I don't see a way to do that either.  Doesn't look like there's much control over the modem information.

Here's the latest snapshot of the counters:
