Seemed unchanged most of the day, was busy this evening, checked before bed, and channels have been dropped changed sometime tonight.  Now I have 7 channels instead of 8, once again..... dropped 2. 5. and 7, added 9 and 13.  See below:

561, 579, 591 are tv channels 29,32,34

and you're geting intermittent ingress on them

Ahh, now I see what you are looking at, MsRaye.  Could the ingress be due to the unterminated cable I have from the one TV that was removed?  I have a couple of 75-ohm resitor caps for coax coming via Home Depot.  Will capping the unterminated cable in the house (or removing the cable and capping the third connector on the tap in the TWC box) help this ingress issue?  Or do you think it's coming from something else? 
We had a rain storm yesterday evening, and I saw the channels had droppped/changed when I checked last night, but don't know if it's relevant.

terminate the splitter ports, that way there won't be a possibility of bad connectors. If there's a 4 way splitter and you only need 2 ports, replace the splitter.

Make sure all connectors aren't dull and oxidised and more than just finger tight, nothing obvious, call TWC out.

 If the overhead line runs thru trees, it may be chewed up,usually will be worst in the wind and rain

Could be up at the pole tap

agentx5:  I called for the Monday tech visit because I was getting intermittent stalls in service on Internet, where for 10 to 15 seconds it was like there was no connection at all, then it would return, then happen again.  It went on for a couple of weeks at least.  In some instances it would last hours. Additionally, we use a Roku box connected to our TV and fed via my customer-owned wireless router, to watch Netflix and other services.  They have never had ANY issues, but recently we are plagued with stalls, drops, extremely long load times for shows, terrible picture resolution due to poor signal.  These correspond with these stalls and slowdowns on the Internet.  Other times it is all perfectly normal and wonderful.

 

One night it went on for well over an hour, slower than dial-up, and speedtest.net showed my download speed at 1 Mbps and less, instead of the usual 15 to 18 Mbps on the test.  Tracerts to google.com during the stall periods showed latency in the order of 500 to 600 ms hops instead of the usual 20 to 35 ms hops.  The latency occurred either at cpe-174-111-071-209.triad.res.rr.com or cpe-45-36-80-1.triad.res.rr.com, OR at the two tbone.rr.com hops, during these stalls with less than 1 Mbps download speeds.  One day last week it went on all afternoon and most of the night, then suddenly went back to normal close to midnight.  Coincidentally (or not) it was the day of the sit-in in the House of Representatives.

Here is the upper section of the modem log, showing the power reboot I did for MsRaye (June 28) to get the 8 consecutive bonded channels, and then the two top events showing whatever issue caused the bonded channels to change and drop one, last night (June 29):

MsRaye, I will terminate when the resistor caps are in, it may be another week before they get them.  I asked the tech at the visit about the unterminated cable and he didn't seem to think it would cause a problem so left it.  How do I get the splitter replaced?  Can I get one from TWC myself?  How?

The tech did check every connector for looseness or oxidation, changed a couple even though they weren't looking bad, to be sure.He checked the pole tap, changed a bad connector for a neighbor's service while up there but said mine looked good, they are pretty new from the last time i had TWC out and had the drop replaced to the house.

The line goes through thick trees all down the block (Opal Dr. in Greensboro) with vines overgrowing some area, but TWC doesn't do anything about them.

Does your line from the pole to house go thru trees?

 It's probably chewed up

You have an ingress issue, if everything from the modem to the street was replaced, it's down the street somewhere

No, my line from pole to house is totally in the clear, and was replaced, within the past year as I recall.  It's in good shape.  I have no doubt it's down the street somewhere, but how do I get a TWC tech to check?
