i haven an Arris SB6141 and shortly after the firmware update i lost IPv6 connectvity.

this was working fine for at least 2-3 years before the latest update.

i do run an SRX on my end and haven't modified the configuration in any way that would impact my firewall from receiving an IPv6 address and prefix delegation.

Note:  However, when i connect via computer directly to the modem i do get a v6 address...  simply not the ability to run a device on my perimeter for sharing.  I'm replacing my srx soon and hopefully new firewall will work fine but this does make me anxious something else is gone wrong.

The obvious change is that there is no longer a Motorola logo on it but is now ARRIS.

I'll bet your public IP has changed...  I see no difference here

Reset your router and auto detect WAN settings again.

 

Post your signal and error log pages.
