While the Forums Community is meant to be a peer-to-peer support forum, some certain issues arise that need to be handled by a member of the Social Media Customer Care Team.
To make our forums more of a one-stop shop for folks looking for assistance, moderators who need to collect a user's private account information to investigate an issue will now ask you use this link to send a private message to @ Forums_Help, rather than request you use our email, Twitter, or Facebook support.
Forums_Help inbox will be routinely monitored by the online care team.
